My link isn't arriving

There is a chance your email provider is blocking the email from Altar. A good first step is to check your spam folder. If the link is not in your inbox or your spam folder, there is a chance your email provider filtered it out entirely. To resolve this, whitelist *@altarlive.com and request a new link.

My link doesn't work

Your link may not work after being copied and pasted because of an extra space or hidden character. To fix this, try typing the link out instead of pasting into your browser. The link could also be broken if you've requested multiple confirmation codes. If this is the case, you must use the most recent link.
