Connecting Boxcast to Altar Live

Connecting Boxcast to Altar Live

Step 1: Create a new event or recurring event series.

Step 2: On the Stream step, select the Live Video option and choose the M3U8 tile.

Step 3: In your Boxcast account, navigate to the Embed page on the Dashboard (Other Integrations tab).

Step 4: Save or Publish your event.

In general, here's how the channel or account M3U8 will work:

• When you are live, your integration will receive the live broadcast.
• When you are not live, your integration will receive an error that there is no live video. Depending on your integration, their video player may interpret this error in different ways such as a loading spinner.
