Connecting Ecamm Live to Altar Live

Ecamm Live can produce broadcasts on many live streaming services that support RTMP. You can easily connect Ecamm Live to Altar Live by following these instructions.

Getting your Altar Live stream credentials

Step 1. Sign in to your Altar Live account

Step 2. Click on “create new event”. 

Step 3. When you get to the Stream options, select the Live Video toggle option and choose Altar Live as your stream provider. 

Step 4.  Below you will see your Altar Live RTMP Streaming Credentials.

Connecting Ecamm and Altar Live

Step 5. Go to your Ecamm Live application

Step 6. Click the Destination drop down menu in the bottom right hand corner and select Custom Stream Key. 

Step 7. Copy and paste your Altar RTMP URL and Stream Key. 

Note: There should be no "/" at the end of the stream key or URL.
