A well coordinated welcome team is a vital key for success. At an in-person event or service, team members might wear name badges, t-shirts, or lanyards making them easily identifiable and more approachable. With Altar Live, you can create virtual "badges" for your host team members so visitors and members alike know who is available to answer questions or for prayer.
Step 1: During event creation, go to the "Team" step and add your Hosts & Greeters (you can learn more about Hosts & Greeters here).
Step 2: Press the "edit" icon next to the team member you would like to edit the badge of.
Step 3: Enter the new title and press "save ".
Step 4: That's it! You'll see the new title whenever your Host or Greeter creates a chat message.
