Resetting Your Password from the Homepage

Step 1. Navigate to the Altar Live homepage and click the Login button in the top right-hand corner

Step 2. You can join Altar Live using your Google, Facebook, or email account. Use the email address you signed up with and click proceed.

Note: If you signed in using Google or Facebook, you don't need to reset your password to access your account, just sign in using the Google or Facebook buttons.

Step 3. Click Forgot Password?

Step 4. Type your email into the input field

Note: If you don't have access to the email, click the link and reach out to us.

Step 5. An email will be sent to your inbox, if you don't receive the email, click the according link and if you input the wrong address, click the second link.

Step 6. Go to your inbox and click the Reset Password button

Step 7. Set your new password and click the Change Password button

Congrats! You have successfully changed your password!

Resetting your Password During an Event

Step 1. Click the Login button in the top right-hand corner

Step 1. You can join Altar Live using your Google, Facebook, or email account. Add your desired account and click proceed‍

Step 2. Click Forgot Password?

Step 3. Type your email into the input field and follow the same steps as above
